In September 2005, Telenet, Belgium's largest provider of broadband cable services, launched its interactive digital TV offering on its entire cable plant using MHP middleware for interactive applications. Today their 1.6 million analogue television subscribers have the option of migrating to Telenet Digital TV, with a broad range of MHP based applications like an EPG, VOD, interactive television, e-government, e-commerce, e-mail and PVR.
At the end of June '06 Telenet had sold 178,000 MHP digital decoders. Telenet expects to exceed the milestone of 200,000 digital decoders in early September.Telenet , Belgium 's largest provider of broadband cable services, launched MHP services in Flanders in September 2005.
