MHP is produced and managed by the DVB Project, which is in turn managed by the DVB Project Office:

The Project Office provides a range of services to the DVB Members including meeting logistics, the organisation of seminars and participation in trade events. In addition it manages the registration of DVB and MHP compliant products (equipment, applications and services) and digital broadcast identifiers as well as the registered trademarks (DVB^® and MHP^®).
